What do you mean by help with "getting" unemployment? If you mean you need to get unemployment compensation, you have to deal with your state's bureau of unemployment for that. TurboTax is not involved in any way with helping you to obtain unemployment compensation. Your state will have a web site where you can apply for benefits. What state are you in?
If you mean you have been receiving unemployment and need to enter it on your 2020 tax return, see this:

I live in Florida and my wife collected unemployment. They withheld Federal Income Tax but your system has no way to enter this information for Florida. Your system does not know that Florida DOES withhold tax.
What can you do to solve this problem before I get H&R Block software?
Florida withholds Federal Tax for unemployment but TurboTax has NO CAPABILITY to enter this information, what can I do?
You can enter federal and state taxes withheld when entering form 1099G information in TurboTax in the "Wages & Income" tab.
