You can enter federal and state taxes withheld when entering form 1099G information in TurboTax in the "Wages & Income" tab.
- Scroll down to "Unemployment"
- "Show More"
- "Start/Revisit" the "Unemployment" topic
- Select "Government form 1099G" and
- choose "yes" or "no" for the repayment question
- "Continue"
- You will be able to "Edit" any 1099Gs already entered or "Add another"
- The next page will show you boxes 1 and 4 for federal information as well as boxes 10 and 11 for state withholding and even boxes for local withholding.
