FORM 8615 ISSUES

Something is not right with how Turbotax is filling in the information on Form 8615.  Particularly with Lines 14 and 15.  It appears to be defaulting to using the number from line 4 to determine the value to be placed on line 15.  As I read line 15, it should be using the value on line 14 for this determination.  Am I missing something or am i reading the form wrong?  Also,  If you go to the form view of Form 8615 and go down to Line 15 and click on the "quickzoom" button it will create Schedule D and incorrectly use the information on line 14 as taxable income for line 1 of that schedule (that should be taxable income from the 1040 line 15).  In my case, this lowered the tax burden by correctly inputting what I believe should be the proper tax value from the tax table into line 15 on the 8615.  I don't want to even attempt to efile this until I am sure what is correct on this.  Can anyone help?
