Where can I see that my IP PIN is being sent to the IRS? I printed all the forms and don't see it on any of them, what form and which box is it in?

For security purposes, your IP PIN is not shown on your printed forms.  

If you are mailing your Tax Return, you will need to manually enter your IP PIN in the signature section of your Tax Return.

If the IRS issued you an IP Pin and you are E-filing, the return will be rejected if you don't include that information.
