Fidelity username not working

same. customer on phone and tried everything on this thread. can't import from fidelity.

Integration with Fidelity does not work for me either.

I have entered correct info. 

It says: 

Something unexpected happened and we need to try again.

Enter your info again, and watch out for typos. If it still doesn't work, double check it with the financial institution to make sure it's correct. (907)

Have you confirmed with Fidelity that your documents are ready?  Some Fidelity users have reported that longer passwords cause an issue with importing into TurboTax. If you have a longer password with Fidelity you may want to consider changing it temporarily to a shorter password then try to import again. 

If you are using TurboTax Online, you may want to ttry logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.

If using TurboTax CD/Download software, you'll want to make sure your software is updated.

I tried importing Fidelity Investments 1099R.It wont work as of 04/14/2022 1642Hrs.It works well in other browser
