Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Have you confirmed with Fidelity that your documents are ready? Some Fidelity users have reported that longer passwords cause an issue with importing into TurboTax. If you have a longer password with Fidelity you may want to consider changing it temporarily to a shorter password then try to import again.
If you are using TurboTax Online, you may want to ttry logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.
If using TurboTax CD/Download software, you'll want to make sure your software is updated.
