error in my name when transfering last year information

I keep getting an error in my name when the program transfers my information. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it happened again

Can you not simply make the correction in the MY INFO tab ?

Yes but if this is wrong what else is wrong ???

Do you have more than one account by chance?   Did you complete a return for you and a child/friend using the same online account last year ?   Is the first or last name wrong?  Or is it just misspelled ?

I had done several of my childrens taxes and the name was correct on last years taxes and it is doing this on several of the ones that are transfering. This is on my computer and not online
