I have uninstalled, reinstalled, tried a different device, tried different web browsers. Still does not work.

I did, the lady I spoke with basically told me there was nothing she could do 🙄 no help at all. This happened last year as well and never got fixed so I had to use a different tax provider. Looks like I may have to go somewhere else again.
