I worked for a company in OR and I ended up moving to TX in 2023. My employer only just changed my tax info to show I'm in TX so as of Jan - May I was still getting OR State Tax withholdings and I was told I need to file with OR to get those taxes back since I've been a Texas resident and not a Oregon resident.
What tax form do I need to file?

You will need to file an Oregon nonresident state tax return. When asked for the amount Oregon income received enter $0. You should get a refund of all Oregon state taxes withheld from your wages.
In the My Info section of the program you are asked to enter your resident state and you should have selected Texas. When asked if you lived in any other state you should answer NO. Further on you are asked if you ever made money in another state, you should answer Yes and then select Oregon as the state.
This will cause the TurboTax to choose Oregon as the state tax return to complete and file. Texas does not have a personal income tax so there is no state tax return to file for Texas.

Thank you so much!
@DoninGA I recall the person who contacted me back in May with my company mentioning something about the Oregon Statewide Transit Tax, do i need to file a a form for that too or is that included in what you mentioned preciously?
@kailinnwinkle Since you will be filing an Oregon nonresident tax return I do not see how that tax would apply on the return you will be filing.
