Electronic Filing History is Blank

Even though I received an email from TurboTax saying my electronically filed returned has been accepted by the IRS, the electronic filing history in my return is blank and the program says I have not electronically filed a return.

Did you check the status of your return on the IRS Where's My Refund site?

Please reach out to TurboTax Customer Support for assistance. Support can verify if your return was filed and accepted.

Yes I went to the IRS and it says my  return `has not been processed` but does not say if it has or has not been received.  It says electronically filed returns might take 21 days to process.
