Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

I see that you only have few options for choosing the package as to filling for previous years. However, none of those packages apply to me, are there any other packages?

The TurboTax online editions are the same editions that were offered in prior years -
Free, Deluxe, Premier and Self-Employed.
What exactly do you need to report on your tax return?

I'm trying to file last year's returns but the options given to me to do so do not apply to me.

Before we provide more info, please state outright what year return you are wanting to prepare.  By  your phrase "last year's return" did you mean 2018 or 2017?    Since 2018 is the current tax year return most people are still preparing, I originally assumed you meant 2017, but I don't know if that was right or not..  So I decided it's best that you should clarify before we continue  and state exactly what year you are referring to.

@shaylagladden
I originally commented above that I was going to tell you how to prepare a 2017 return and how to view the 2017 desktop products, since all that you said in your comment above was "trying to file last year's return."   So I removed it and instead and asked for more info first, to understand what "last year's" meant, and to be sure we are all taking about the same tax year.

A lot of people use "last year's" return to mean 2017, since most people are currently preparing 2018.   So I'm not sure how you used that term.

If you are talking about 2018 products, you have a choice of Online or desktop editions (CD/download).   If it's a 2017 return, you can only use desktop software.

"options given to me to do so do not apply to me."
You can choose whichever product suits your purpose.  But we don't know what you are looking at.  We can tell you more about products when it's clear if you want 2018 or 2017.  And if 2018, whether you want Online TurboTax (web version) or desktop product (CD/download).

What edition have you used in the past?  Was it Online or the desktop version?

DoninGA had asked above what types of situations you need to report on your return, so you can be steered to a particular edition, but you didn't elaborate.

For the tax year of 2018 I used TurboTax for the first time. I have filed and completed 2018 taxes. When I stated the previous year I meant for the tax year of 2017 (apologies for not clarifying). Realizing how much easier TurboTax is I wanted to see if I can still file for 2017. I found out I can and I went to the designated website. However, to file for 2017 the options given were Deluxe and above. Seeing as I do not own a house nor self employed I was wondering if there were any other options. I hope this gives you more clarification as to what I'm trying to do.

No.  You have to get Deluxe for prior years.  And You need a full Windows or Mac computer to install it on.  Or If you have a simple return You can fill out the blank forms for free.

Don’t forget your state.  And you will have to print and mail your returns.  So be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
