@shaylagladden I originally commented above that I was going to tell you how to prepare a 2017 return and how to view the 2017 desktop products, since all that you said in your comment above was "trying to file last year's return." So I removed it and instead and asked for more info first, to understand what "last year's" meant, and to be sure we are all taking about the same tax year.
A lot of people use "last year's" return to mean 2017, since most people are currently preparing 2018. So I'm not sure how you used that term.
