Download Link from Costco not working - 2022 Tax Software

The PC on which I originally downloaded this software has been replaced.  I would like to download the software to my current PC.  I clicked on the Download link from the initial email I received.  The download does not work.  

Please advise as to a resolution.

You need to ask Costco.  I haven't found a way on their website either.  Or How to contact Turbo Tax

Oh do you have a backup from the old computer?  You might have the install file in your downloads.
