No, TurboTax does not support Form 709 although it should be easy-enough for you to fill out.
Gifts given to family members, friends or other individuals are not deductible. Gifts received are not taxable to the person who received the gift, and are not entered on a tax return.
If your gift exceeds the yearly limit ($18,000 per individual) imposed by the gift tax rules, then you will need to complete a Form 709 gift tax form and send it to the IRS, although it is very unlikely that you will owe any tax.
TurboTax does not support Form 709. It is not an income tax form and would not be included as part of an income tax return.

The form is ridiculous and very hard to understand. The IRS wants duplicate forms even when married filing jointly. I feel both let down by turbo tax and very upset with every BS lie I hear them advertise about "all forms" and "tax expert" help. I paid to have my taxes done only to be told I had to fill out this crazy from 709 and mail it separately.
Turbo-tax left me no choice but to wing it on IRS form 709. Even google Gemini is unsure of the correct way to file this form!!!
Thanks for Nothing Turbo Tax.
After many years of letting you rip me off for a simple state return I feel it is time for me to start looking elsewhere for a complete tax solution.
@user17748952465 Professional tax preparation software and services, rather than standard consumer tax software, are needed to file Form 709 (Gift Tax Return). Key providers that support Form 709 include Drake Tax, TaxSlayer Pro, Intuit ProSeries, Lacerte Tax, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, and CCH Axcess Tax.
Form 709 is not ever part of an income tax return. TurboTax provides software and forms for income tax returns, not for other kind of taxes or forms that are not part of an income tax return.
