TurboTax Live Full Service does offer a chat feature. However, if you do not have this service or haven't paid for it, the only other way to contact TurboTax is using the customer support link posted below:
TT should provide either chat or email access for hearing impaired. Probably a violation of ADA and a huge lawsuit waiting to happen.
Well you can ask your questions here in this forum ... we give better answers then tech support most of the time.
And if you call support you could use a relay service.
