How to fix this Just one more step and we'll re-file your return loop. It's keeps looping me back around to this page everytime i sign and try to submit

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.  Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

Are you trying to file a 2023 tax return or a prior tax year ?   Prior tax years cannot be efiled ... they must be paper filed. 

Did you have anything that needs to be fixed in the REVIEW tab ... if so you must correct all errors before you can efile.
