I have three 1095A's. One with me and my children, one with just me after children's dad got insurance through work, and one with ex husband's. I am filing single. Does ex need to include his own 1095A on his return even though I am the one that enrolled us all at the end of 2015?

Yes, he includes his 1095-A on his return and you include your 1095-As on your return.
