Do I need to add my ex's 1095A to my return, or does he need to add his to his return? We were divorced in 2016, have separate 1095A's...but I enrolled us at same time?

I have three 1095A's. One with me and my children, one with just me after children's dad got insurance through work, and one with ex husband's. I am filing single. Does ex need to include his own 1095A on his return even though I am the one that enrolled us all at the end of 2015?
