Do I have to pay $59.00 to file my state tax?

How do I take that option off of my state tax?

Since you are using Deluxe, yes, if you want to file a state return it is $59. You can delete it and find some other way to file your state return---maybe on your state's tax site.

When using the Deluxe online edition, the state tax program is an additional $59. The TurboTax account fees are the same whether the tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing.
