I ran a version of Turbo Tax Deluxe on my PC and did my taxes as well as some, non-paid, for family members. I have 2 more to do and reached my 5 return limit. In the past, I've loaded the program on a laptop and finished the other returns. I see now, they track the number of returns per license. Ok, no problem. So I downloaded another copy (paid download) and installed it on my laptop and activated the license. But I am getting a message that I can only do 5 returns per account. I have a different email I can use but my license is tied to my initial email. (Didn't realize the 5 limit until after I activated the 2nd license). How do I deactivate this license and then use it under a different email.

Sorry you can't buy another program to get more efiles. 5 is an IRS limit. It's just now they are enforcing it. Don't think you can deactivate a license code. Call support.
