Data seems lost

Hello,

I entered the data for a tax return and set it aside for a few weeks to wait for another 1099.  I opened up Turbo Tax Deluxe desktop today and it installed an update.  When I opened the return, the Fed. and State refund amounts were there as well as the Tax Data found when clicking the Tax Data icon on the top.  But when I try to add the 1099, all the other info is gone.  It starts the interview and asks that I start from scratch.  

Any thoughts on how to get the data back?  Thank you.
