Customer Service Phone Number and 5 Days Early Advertisement

I should've learned a  long time ago that when you have to search for a phone number to support  to any Company,  then there is probably a reason for that. But instead I'm lured by the 5 days early Ad and lo and behold, here I am having to take the time out to create this username so I can get to another phone number and possibly warn anyone else  to not fall for the 5 days early Ad. Now even though mines been issued by the IRS, I'm being told that they cant release to us if the IRS didn't tell them!. This is hilarious because how in Gods name are you going to Advertise on that and not be able to honor that? This kind of stuff will not be tolerated anymore by tax payers.. First of all this Company will lose a lot of business once our taxes are abolished and  that will happen. Secondly, this is wrong and I'm going to make sure this doesn't happen again

5 Days Early Option

If you don't get your deposit, there is a few reasons why that might happen.

• Your refund was offset or differed from their estimated refund amount, bringing the refund amount below the minimum threshold or above the maximum. What is a refund offset?
• Your bank wouldn't accept RTP (Real Time Payments) or Same Day ACH deposits, preventing Intuit from depositing your refund 5 days ahead of when the IRS would have deposited your refund.
• The IRS didn't give Intuit 5 or more days of notice in advance. This stopped Intuit from meeting the 5 days early expectations.

If TurboTax is unable to deliver the refund 5 days early, your order will be canceled and you won't be charged the 5-Day Early fee. You will receive a follow-up email with a refund and timing update, and if any cancellation is applicable.
