How do I get a credit charge on my credit card that was never provided by intuit reversed.

And, if that fails, call the bank that issued your credit card and contest the charge. Let them know that you did not get the service. But, hopefully, TurboTax will respond positively, either by removing the unwarranted charge, or by explaining the service that they did provide.
