Check very carefully to see what you entered from boxes 16 and 17 of your W-2.  Look for misplaced decimals or extra zeros.

Without access to your tax return, or even knowing your state, it is impossible for us to know with certainty.

However, there have been significant changes at both the state and federal levels that are impacting tax returns.

One of the most noticeable is that the withholding tables were altered to take less tax out of your paychecks and paid toward tax.

I would review your entries to check for typographical errors just to make sure.
