You did not really ask a question, so this is only a best guess.   if you are trying to get a discount for TurboTax software through an offer you saw for Chase bank, you have to start your tax return from the link on the Chase web site.

I started my tax return regularly on TurboTax website. Before I place my order, I closed all the taps and opened the link from Chase offer. However, I did not get the instant saving applied to my order. Did I do anything wrong?

If Your Affiliate Partner Discount for TurboTax is Not Applied

If you followed the steps above and your affiliate discount has not been applied, try deleting your cookies. Then:

1. Go back to the special website provided by your bank, credit union, or insurance company and select the TurboTax link or icon.
   • This will take you to the special TurboTax-branded affiliate site with the discounted pricing.
2. Sign in to TurboTax and open or continue your return.
3. Select Tax Tools on the left, and then Tools.
4. Now select the My Fees button. It should show the discount.

The Tax Tools - Fees menu item does not appear in the online portal as a way to check this discount. I am unable to receive a refund for the Chase offer that did not apply at the checkout. Reason given: our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy only covers TurboTax CD/Download products.

@HeatherPLO Thank you for your reply! The two agents I spoke to at TurboTax thought the discount should be honored. The refund team rejected all 10 of my requests for the offer to be honored. I'm not sure what else I can do, any suggestions?

Normally with third party discounts, they offer a website you would start your return from which would automatically apply the discount.  Since you have already reached out to us, the next step would be to contact the company who issued the discount.  In this case, that would be Chase.

Can someone show me where to find the disclaimer on the TurboTax affiliate partners offer page that says TurboTax advertised price isn't automatically applied at the checkout. The advertisement appears misleading doesn't it? - Chase Offers has teamed up with TurboTax
