I manually enter all my 1099 forms. It’s just as fast and easy (maybe easier) to enter them yourself. And imports can import it wrong. Go to the bottom and pick Skip Import. You just need to enter the bank name and put the amount in box 1.

Rather than trying to import from Capitol One, log in and download the PDF from their website and select the option to add the interest information manually. It should take you less than a minute to enter.
yeah - just had some Capital One CDs in 2024 - so just noticing this in January 2025 -

Wonder why a big corp like Cap One chose to not participate ?
Just Print the 1099-INT and enter the info manually - for our 2024 return -
