Cannot go to to stocks section - Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section

After importing stocks from a number of brokers, I can no longer get to the 'Stocks' section. Whenever I try, I'll see this error message show up: Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section.

 

I have tried the standard fixes - clearing the cache and using Chrome. Please assist - thanks.

Thanks. After clearing my account and importing stocks over and over again, I figured that it starts breaking once I import over a total over somewhere between 1,500 and 1,750 transactions.

Note that the 1,500 - 1,750 transactions I was referring to is a total from multiple brokers combined.

I am having the same issue. Have also tried all of the suggested fixes available online and none work. I probably have over 1,500 transactions from multiple brokers but not that many from a single broker. Also, when I do sometimes get beyond the first screen and make a couple of edits, these end of not being saved on exit or even when I navigate to different screens as TurboTax says happens automatically. If this can't get fixed then i can't use TurboTax. Have spent countless hours trying to resolve.

This issue is usually caused by too many stock transfers. The workarounds for the issues are to summarize your transactions or upgrade your Turbotax product if you are using the Free Edition.

I paid for TurboTax Premier specifically because of the Crypto/Stock data import. Now I feel scammed because it isn't working. I have 6 things to review but it won't let me.

It started working for me once I looked at the Stocks/Crypto in the income UI/part of the app. Once I hit complete in there I was then able to go to the review part and it let me see my "Needs review" parts.
