Cancelling Turbo Live Tax Expert

I am trying to cancel my turbo live expert.. I have not used it, signed up by accident and it won't let me cancel. Help!!!!

They are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time  Monday-Friday

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

I would like to cancel Turbo Live Tax Expert.  Order No. 26893314-206.  I feel that $50 per month is excessive. And, I received no help.  I worked out the problem myself.

$50 a month?   What are you referring to?   There is not a monthly fee for Live.
