I payed turbotax for assistance, where is it? I filed in May of 2020; tired of waiting!

Once you file then only you can talk to the IRS.    Verifying your identity is between you and the IRS.  Because of the COVID-19 slow down and short handed IRS, those things are taking much longer this year.

You can call the IRS or the taxpayers advocates office.
