Sorry, no.  TurboTax cannot access the W-2 for you.  Only your employer can provide the W-2.

If you cannot obtain the W-2 from your employer, then for a fee you can get a complete copy of a W-2 from the Social Security Administration - https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-02501

You can get a free Wage and Income transcript from the IRS - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

TurboTax doesn't have your W-2 forms, but if your payroll provider is a TurboTax Import Partner, you should be able to import it. You will need information from your last paycheck stub to import. You need the year to date gross income from your last paycheck stub and your employer's EIN.

Other options:

  • Contact your payroll department to request a duplicate W-2.
  • Contact the IRS for assistance toll free at 1-800-829-1040. The IRS can help you with trying to obtain your W-2, or
  • File a Form 4852 as a substitute W-2 Form along with your tax return, but you will have to mail your tax return.

For more information, refer to the TurboTax Help article What To Do If You Haven't Received a W-2 and How do I file a substitute W-2 using Form 4852? Also refer to the TurboTax Help article How do I import or enter my W-2?
