pd 90 for taxes on unemployment.
You mean that you withheld $90 on your 1099-G (the form that reports your unemployment income)?
This is not paying the tax, this is setting aside some money to pay the tax when you finally do your return and know what your actual tax amount is. Then all the withholdings from W-2s and 1099s are added together and applied to your tax, whatever it is.
Your reported SE taxes are $772, which is exactly 15.3% of the reported gross income of $5,048. However, the actual calculation on Schedule SE is 15.3% of 92.35% of your net income from Schedule C.
Also, when you say "Pd 1090 in expenses for a LLC ". Does LLC refer to your Uber business or another one?
Because you didn't make any estimated tax payments, and your only withholding is $90 from your 1099-G (and the EITC), I am not surprised that you owe money.
So what is the net income from your Schedule C?
Looks like yo don't owe any regular income tax on your total income. It is less than the Standard Deduction. You owe self employment tax $772 - the EIC 358 - Unemployment withholding 90 which should leave you a federal tax due of $324. Don't understand what you said about a LLC.
Do you have a state refund? At the end Turbo Tax shows you a summary of the net combined federal and state. But that is only for your info. You will still get the full refund amount and need to pay any tax due separately yourself.
