I am afraid I cannot find the disc (assuming I had one, and I think I did) for my Turbotax 2019, and I want to review some of the information I entered in last year's return as I seek to complete my 2020 return.
I have both a pdf and a hard copy of my tax returns from Turbotax, but it does not help with some of the underlying detail. In particular, I want to look into what was part of my dividend income for 2019, and I can't see details beyond the overall number reported for that income.
Please get back to me ASAP.

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program you should have the tax data file on your computer. It ends in .tax2019. You need the Desktop program installed to open it. You should still have the Turbo Tax program installed.
Or you might have used the online web version. It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

Thank you, Volvogirl, for your answer. I am back to trying to bring up my computer file for my 2019 return, not the pdf or the hard copy of my return (both of which I have, including worksheets). I still am unable to get into the 2019 Turbotax program loaded on my computer (I had used a disc, but I cannot find that disc) because it keeps asking for a license number. When I click on the link you provided ( https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/ ) it takes me to directly to this following page, for which I cannot find a way to recover my account. https://us-west-2.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/unified/2020/index/?uid=[social security number removed]... . Any other ideas?
And P.S. Volvogirl, at the bottom of the page that I linked, it says "It looks like you didn't file with us in 2019." But I did! So I am not sure what the problem is.
If you can't launch the Desktop program ask support for a new License Code. Did you find some data files ending in .tax2019?
