I am having the same problem....restarted my computer....my Windows 10 is up-to-date. I am installing from a CD....running the setup program. What file am I supposed to delete?I don't understand.
Same issues as above. There is no file to delete. Getting this issue with a brand new CD. How is this a widespread issue that has been ongoing and Intuit has not fixed it or posted a resolution? I have tried this on 3 different laptops - 1 with Win7 and 2 with Win10 and still the same issue. PLEASE ADVISE!!!
Same issue. I have paused Windows updates and restarted browser. I have no CD...will you be sending one?
Or my refund?
Try the restart a couple of times, finally worked for me.
