Can not ind my 16 digit license code?

I completed my 2020 taxes and filed both federal an State. A week later I tried to open turbo tax to print tax forms and had to enter my 16 digit licensi code. I tried gotng to amazon to see if i could get find ther but no luck.

@dennis36 Please click TurboTax 2019 and TurboTax 2020 requests license activation at every launch for the resolution to your license code request problem.

@rodlin5 Please see the information below:

If you downloaded TurboTax directly from an authorized retailer, your license code should be included in your order confirmation. Check your email or your order history. If it’s not there, you’ll need to contact the retailer directly.
If you obtained the TurboTax CD from an authorized retailer, your license code is printed on the front of the insert in your box.

I do not know where the emails are with the code. I was unable to get results following instructions on Turbo Tax web site. Can any one help me??

The 16 digit Licensing Code did not come when I downloaded my TurboTax Premiere 2021. I do not have it and I need it to access the software.

@madankamboj No one in the user forum can obtain your license code for you. Where did you purchase your software? Did you purchase it from TurboTax or from a retailer?
