Yes. Any TurboTax online version you use will be able to handle two state returns.

Yes you can use TurboTax for that.   If you use a paid version you have to pay for each state.

If you qualify to use it, there is another full-featured free version of the software:

Note:  If you do not qualify to use Free File then you will have to upgrade to Deluxe or higher in the paid versions of the software.

If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons:

• Remove Premium Services
• Remove MAX Defend & Restore
• Remove a state
• Remove PLUS Help & Support
• Remove Pay With Your Refund

With the Deluxe version you will get one free state download but have to pay for the second.  Once complete, the Federal filing is included but you will need to pay for both State filings.  Depending on your AGI, many states have their own website that have a fill-able forms that can be submitted for free.  You can complete the forms using TurboTax and print the forms to help you use the state online forms.  I also moved and you will have to navigate the part year resident complications that it brings.  TurboTax does a good job with calculating this. (special hint) compile the state you started the year in Jan first, because most states will give you a credit in your new state

Thank you! Can I file ONLY state taxes with Turbo Tax? I completed my federal in credit karma, submitted, and then realized I can't submit multiple state tax returns through them.

No. The TurboTax state program is designed to transfer information from your federal return. For this reason, TurboTax state isn't sold as a standalone tax-preparation product.
