No. Your paycheck or paystub does not have the same information that is on the W-2 provided by your employer. The W-2 is also received by the IRS and they expect to see the exact same information from your W-2 on the 2021 tax return that you file.
Contact your employer for a copy of the W-2.
I have my last paystub but not sure how to read it to get correct info transferred to form instead of waiting for w2

You must wait for the W-2. The IRS has a copy of your W-2, Not your paystub. The IRS expects to see the information from the W-2 on your tax return.
Wait for the W2! We can't stress that enough. The IRS isn't even going to start taking returns until late January so you have plenty of time.
You have to wait for your employer to send you the W2. It is the tax summary of your wages for the year. They have to send it to you by Jan 31. You can't use your last paystub because there might be differences in the taxable amounts sent to the IRS. And you don't know what amounts to put in which boxes. There are several items that are deducted pre-tax that will affect your taxable gross income. Usually your last paystub does NOT match your W2! And you can't file until you get the actual W2.

Can I use my pay stubs
If you didn't receive a Form W-2, contact your employer. They are required to provide you with the form. You should not attempt to create a W-2 from just your pay stubs.
If you were paid as an employee but can't get a copy of Form W-2 from the employer, contact the IRS to determine whether a W-2 was filed with them. If you still can't get the information, file your return with a Substitute W-2, Form 4852. See this TurboTax article for more information.
You can get a wage and income transcript from the IRS, containing any Federal tax information your employer reported to the Social Security Administration (SSA), by visiting their Get Your Tax Record page. Refer to Transcript Types and Ways to Order Them and About Tax Transcripts for more information, and this webpage.
