I just would like to pay my taxes and fees with an ACH transfer vs paying with a credit card.

If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.

I think the best answer is - they do not allow ACH payment.
Bummer though, if you have a very large tax bill it could easily be more than you can put on a credit card.

If you have federal taxes owed then use the IRS payment website for Direct Pay - https://www.irs.gov/payments
I got confused between paying for Turbo tax and paying my tax bill.
