Are you using the Desktop application or TurboTax Online?

In either case, you can import from Edward Jones.  Type 'Edward Jones' in the Search for financial institutions, then double-click on the correct one in the Search Results (there are two).

You'll be taken to the Sign In page.

Some hints:  Make sure your Edward Jones account is enabled for 'third party access'.  Temporarily disable anti-virus program.  Here's How to Turn Off Anti-Virus Programs.
