Can I get a tax credit for my e-bike purchase?

This is not a motorcycle, this is an e-bike. As part of Biden’s Build Back Better bill individuals who make $75,000 or less qualify for the maximum credit of up to $900. Joint filers who make up to $150,000 can qualify for two bikes and up to a $900 tax credit on each. How can I files for this credit?

The BBBA  has not been passed yet.

The Build Back Better bill has never passed the Senate so has not been signed into law.

Actually the house passed the bill but the senate made changes and sent it back to the house ... then thanksgiving, christmas, new years, January, etc happened and they never got back to the bill on the table ... who knows when or if they ever will.
