Only the IRS could answer that. TurboTax never knows anything about back taxes you owe.

You can set up an account with the IRS and get your tax information. You may need to call to get an actual payoff, because the IRS system has the amounts set to each tax year separately. You would have to calculate it, but you would be able to see how much you owed for each year.
