Sorry--no. Software is no longer available for any tax year earlier than 2018. Even if you could find the 2013 software on eBay etc you cannot update it nor would it be supported. You could try getting the paper forms from the state to prepare by hand, or seek local paid tax help.

if you are due a refund, then it is most likely you forfeited it when you did not timely file the 2013 return. generally, you only have 3 years from the original due date (extended due date if there was a timely filed extension) to request a refund
You'll just have to go to the AL Dept of Revenue website ,access the needed forms and fill them out yourself.
How hard can it be ?
Hint: look for the form "with calculations".
@xmasbaby0 Thank you, that was my concern. I appreciate the help as I could not get anyone from TurboTax to actually tell me how far back they went.
@Mike9241 No, they are saying I owe them all this even though I did not live in the state. I actually paid a professional to file for me that year, as I have all years, but he inaccurately did not file apparently, so the statute of limitations didn't start. They are claiming I did not change my residency or domicile. I just need to file (with deductions, of which I have many) to try to reduce my tax burden.
@fanfare Obviously, if I was confident, I wouldn't be seeking help. So its not just that easy to some people due to the fact I lived in two different states, neither of which are Alabama, and could qualify for different deductions. I was just wanting to know if they had all the way back to 2013. I did not know Alabama was going to come after me this many years later.
