Since the IRS only looks at the first 4 letters of your last name ... everything could be dead wrong. If the first 4 letters are wrong the return will be rejected and then you can make the correction and resubmit the return. Otherwise there is nothing for you to correct and no way to do so if you wanted to do so.

My last name has only 4 letters and I misspelled the third one, I use a ñ instead of a n, the error says that I have to call the IRS but I can’t call from Uruguay.
Was your return rejected?
No, it was accepted.
If the return was accepted why do you think you need to call the IRS? You simply need to wait for the IRS to process your tax return. Watch for information on the IRS refund site.
