Hi I want to speak to an actual person by phone. I have questions to decide if I want to even use this program/service but can’t seem to get through the automated system which is already frustrating.

Hi, thank you for responding. I just wanted to find out if I am able to have someone do my taxes for me and how much it would be. I would just want to provide all documents, answer any questions and have someone handle the rest.
