Why does the program not allow me to purchase CA Income Tax for S Corporations form 1120 S for 2023 ?

The TurboTax Business program will only handle your business taxes, for your S corporation.   The business version will prepare the 1120S and necessary K-1s.   You then need to use your K-1 to file your personal taxes (Form 1040), but you need a personal version of TurboTax to do that.   You can use TurboTax Online or if you can use the Home & Business or Premier versions of the desktop program.   Click on this link to see your options for filing your individual tax return (Form 1040).

Not sure that @DawnC actually answered what you asked.......but one of the State Forms help screens show that the vast majority of CA forms for S-Corps, will not be available until after 26 January.

Probably try again after that date.
