I have had Turbo Tax Advantage automatic renewal for 6 years, but this year I did not get it. I seem to be signed up for next tax year's program on automatic renewal. What happened to 2023?

You can contact customer support to see what went wrong with your Advantage order. If the order was not placed and the download is not in your account, you can easily just purchase the software from TurboTax or from a variety of retailers that sell it.

When you use desktop software, there is an additional fee to e-file a state return. You can avoid that fee if you print, sign and mail the state return. The state e-file fee is $20 and increases to $25 in March.
Great! You gave me several ideas for solving the problem. It is good to know that I will be able to continue with TurboTax for my 2023 tax return even though I never received any software with my Advantage renewal program.
That can also happen if your credit card expired....the one you used formerly...and you somehow missed updating it in your Advantage account.
I have to keep a list of various vendors I have my CCd data stored at, and update them all when I get a new/renewed one.
Yes, that could be where the problem was. My account may still be linked to a credit card that I no longer use. And I somehow missed any notification about the problem; if I got one, I may have ignored it because I thought it was an ad. Thank you for clearing up the mystery.
