Anybody know how to fix the error saying your transmission didn't go through due to a server issue?? I've been trying since 01/30/20. Help please.

Yes. I had read the article and tried those steps and more with customer service days ago. It didn't help. I also tried to pay with my debit card and I am still having the trouble. I was really trying to avoid having to redo my taxes on another platform but I don't know what else to try and no one seems to be able to help.

Did you get your issue fixed? I'm having the same problem and I called Customer Service and they can not help me. I also tried the above steps and nothing.

Anybody know how to fix the error saying your transmission didn't go through due to a server issue?? I've been trying since 01/30/20. Help please.

After much struggling and searching for answers I scrolled way down to the bottom of the TurboTax screen, clicked Contact Us, told it which product I was using (TurboTax Business Windows CD/Download) and a lovely person named Shawn called me back after a few minutes waiting. She put me on hold a couple of times to research, then she helped me download a patch, helped me change a security setting in Windows 10 and - voilà - clicked the big orange button and my return transmitted instantly. I'm a big fan of Intuit products, and honestly, if I dig down and get to the right customer service people, I have never been disappointed. Good luck - this was a frustrating problem.

I should have added, the message I received was basically "... there was a transmission problem ... please try again later. Error: 2

If you select Transmit Returns Now button, and it doesn't seem to be working, the most likely source of the problem is "cookies," little pieces of code that are sent to your browser so we can personalize your experience. You can use the link provided below to assist you with this error message:
