although your 15 year old is certainly a student, the questions about being a full-time student refer to education after high school. If you say he is a full-time student the questions are going to veer into the areas of college tuition etc. which you are not going to be able to answer. Just claim your 15 year old as a dependent without saying anything about being a student.
