How do I upgrade my 2017 order to the version including self-employment?

All the TurboTax desktop editions can complete a Schedule C for self-employment income and expenses.  The Home and Business desktop edition will give you more guidance when completing the tax return.

If you choose to upgrade your desktop edition that can be done once the software has been installed on your computer.  When the desktop program is opened and you have started a tax return click on the Upgrade TurboTax link at the bottom right of the desktop program screen.  You will only be charged the difference in price between the desktop edition that you installed and the desktop edition you are upgrading.
