I am using Turbo Tax Desktop - Homa and Business edition.
In order to file 2021 taxes, it asks to verify the AGI of 2020. The strange thing is when I open Turbotax 2020 and check my return, AGI (line 11) is a different number from the return within the software that was exported into a PDF! Is this a bug?
I tested it again with this year's tax. When I export the return (to keep a copy for myself before transmitting it), the PDF is showing a different number from the return inside TurboTax! This is so strange. Anyone else facing the same issue? And What number should I give?

What is the TurboTax phone number?
My tax return was returned because the ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME was wrong. I corrected the amount. The PDF of my tax return is using the same WRONG amount. This is apparently a bug in the TurboTax software. I can't file until this is fxed. Not very happy about this.
@WD2 , here’s what worked for me, hope it does for you.
I created an account on the IRS website using ID.me. It is a bit involved process, it asks you to scan your drivers license, and then take a selfie of yourself from a phone and asks you to upload that also. I went into my previous tax return transcripts. The IRS website asks you what you would like to do on the website, and you can indicate that you want to download previous year's transcript. From there, you can download your 2020 tax return transcript.
For filing your taxes, use the AGI from there, and your return will get accepted.
