Activation of Deluxe turbotax

I bought Deluxe, downladed and installed. When I tried to activate with the code, NOTHING happened. Did not connect to website. How can I get activated???? I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of any support from you. No place to chat or phone number to call for technical support.
